The complete supplied source

This edition serves all 73,455 records from the certified source file. There are 72,851 Texas records, 420 New Mexico records, and 184 Arkansas records. Texas is the default state. The opening view is preset to single-family homes in San Antonio ZIP 78209. The Show all Texas listings button clears that starting view. Cross-border rows retain their original states.

All seven source property types are included: Single Family, Condo, Townhouse, Manufactured, Multi-Family, Apartment, and Land. The source includes 234 city/state combinations and 454 listing ZIP codes. This is the supplied release coverage, not a claim to every property or listing in Texas.

A monthly snapshot, not a live feed

The source snapshot is September 19, 2026. All records were labeled Active when observed. Current availability has not been checked. Listing dates, last-seen dates, and observed asking prices are retained. The site is planned to receive Texas refreshes monthly while offered for acquisition.

Record and field handling

Stable source IDs are retained, with one record per ID per release. Field names are standardized, five-digit listing ZIPs are kept as strings, timestamps are expressed in UTC, and missing values remain null. Internal file paths and professional phone/email fields are not included in the public listing schema.

Geographic boundaries matter.

Exact neighborhood matches come only from the backbone’s direct coordinate-in-polygon assignments. Supplemental block-group associations remain labeled as associations with their original confidence class. Listing ZIPs are address fields, distinct from retrieval ZIPs and Census ZCTAs. No new ZIP-to-ZCTA match is inferred.

The map represents all matching source locations. Up to 400 points are returned individually; larger searches use counted spatial grid groups without a top-N cutoff. Nearby screen points are grouped for readability. Group circles show listing counts, not geographic boundaries. Clicking a group filters by its coordinate extent. The asking-price view colors listings or groups relative to the median asking price of all matches; group prices are arithmetic means. The source-match view distinguishes direct matches from mixed groups and records without a direct match. Rings are calculated geodesically at 1 and 3 straight-line miles from the selected home. The map fits the results automatically and supports zoom, drag, and focus controls. It does not add a street basemap, compute travel times, create park distances, or assign new neighborhoods. Editorial AI-generated images are kept separate from real listing records.

Complete access through pagination

Counts and median asking prices describe all matching source records, not just the current page. Every matching row is accessible through pagination. The website supports city, ZIP, address text, property type, bedroom, price, neighborhood, and ID filters. The public JSON manifest links to every source record. Choose all source records on the website to include the cross-border rows.

Community price and space comparisons

Comparisons group listings by state, source address city, direct source neighborhood ID, and property type. Supplemental neighborhood associations are excluded. The chosen ranking measure requires at least ten positive, nonmissing values. Each displayed metric is a separate median. Asking price per square foot is calculated for each usable listing before taking its median; it is not the ratio of the group medians. These are descriptive asking-price comparisons, not valuations or a measure of every home in a neighborhood.

Listing photos

This RentCast source release includes no property photos. A future edition could connect an additional licensed photo feed after matching it to the correct properties. AI-generated editorial images are illustrations and do not depict the listed addresses.
